Our Outline Planning Application for Calderwood was formally approved in March 2013, as was, our detailed planning application for 275 homes in the first development phase. Calderwood site works began this spring and new access roads and service infrastructure are due this summer.
Stirling Developments is a property development company based in Edinburgh. It's the developer behind some exciting new settlement projects in Scotland.
We want our projects to be landmark developments, setting new standards for the way the industry delivers large scale housing developments, where human values are top of the agenda.
