- New High School.
- Extension to St Pauls.
- Mansfi eld Park extension.
- Land safe guarded for Health Centre extension.
- Public car parking provision.
- New very low density and affordable housing.
- Provision for new cemetery.
- Network of pedestrian cycle links.
