Our Principles

Pay Homage to the Heavenly Sent Land

To create a successful master plan, it is imperative to have a complete understanding of the site and its context.  We endeavor to find a sites DNA, its history and heritage in order to establish an authentic identity for our future developments.

All design meetings are held on site until we have an intimate understanding of every aspect of the land and its surrounding environment.  We want the site to speak to us.

A Big Team

Creating a successful blue print for a large development is not an easy task.  We choose to involve as many people as possible with our projects.  This involves many talented and experienced architects and designers as well as a wide and diverse group of professionals and individuals to ensure each project benefits from maximum creativity and consideration.  We believe in the benefits of extensive public consultation, creating developments that deliver for everyone and have strong community support.

Good Karma/Happy Communities

We believe our developments should create positive energy, with everyone connected to them benefiting.  Throughout the life of a project there are always options and choices to be made.  Stirling Developments will endeavour to do what's best for local communities, future residents and the environment. We believe in positive harmony.

One of our fundamental goals is to provide every opportunity to establish happy communities.  We want people to sense they have arrived at a welcoming and friendly place.  We believe in creating wonderful public realm that encourages residents to participate in life outside the home, connecting and interacting with others.  The framework and design of our projects will be 'open' rather than 'closed', welcoming and friendly.

Setting New Standards

Our aim is to deliver outstanding developments that genuinely set new standards for the development industry.  We want to deliver exemplar projects that showcase proper place making, establish happy communities and make a positive contribution to the environment.
